ORDERING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

How to order (using a credit or debit card)

Ordering with Aquatic Plant Life is easy. Visit our store and click on the items you wish to purchase. All major credit cards are accepted.

ORDERING PLANTS -  please read carefully

We only send fresh plants imported direct from Singapore. When you will receive your plants depends when you place your order.

We collate your orders during the week and place an order with our supplier Thursday lunchtime. The plants arrive with us Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. We post them to you on Wednesday or Thursday so you should get them on Friday or Saturday.

So, if you place an order by Thursday 10am, you should receive your plants by the end of the following week. Orders received after Thursday 10am will be processed the following Thursday, so if you place on order Thursday or Friday, you may not receive them for 14 days.

We do not post on Friday or Saturday due to the possibility of weekend delays which could damage the plants. In general, we say allow 14 days for delivery in case there are any delays our suppliers end.

ORDERING OTHER GOODS

We will post orders for goods other than plants as soon as possible. Please allow 14 days for delivery.

POSTAGE CHARGES

We have one posting and packing rate for all orders, no matter how large - £2.25. All our plants are goods are posted by First Class delivery. Please note that due to the  perishable nature of  our plants, we only deliver to mainland UK addresses.

PACKING

All plants are dispatched in stout cardboard boxes. We do not cut corners - our boxes will ensure that your plants arrive in the best possible condition.

OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU

In the unlikely event that an order for aquarium plants, pond plants does meet your expectations,  we will give you a full, no questions asked, refund for the cost of the goods (or  we will send a replacement).
